I’ve been eating Alyssa’s cookies since I first discovered them at Safeway several years ago. I thought I struck GOLD!!! These cookies both the vegan and oatmeal are my favorites, my 23 year old son loves them too, I would have to hide them otherwise we would finish the entire box in one sitting lol. They are delicious first and foremost, AND totally good for you. Clean, gluten free, no sugars added, they have fiber and low in calories. I eat them alone, in my Greek yogurt, and with my cottage cheese. I buy them in bulk from Alyssa’s now in bundles so I never run out! I always keep 2 packs in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. They have no preservatives so they do last as long as on the shelf. I especially love them cold, but room temp is delicious too.
